FoloCam does not collect any personal data. All processing happens entirely on your device and no information is ever sent to us or any third party.

FoloCam ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our iOS application.
No Personal Data Collected
FoloCam collects no personal data whatsoever. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Location data or GPS coordinates
- Your videos, photos, or any media
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Crash reports or diagnostics
On-Device Processing Only
All AI ball tracking and video processing happens entirely on your device using Apple's on-device machine learning frameworks. Your videos never leave your iPhone unless you explicitly choose to share or export them yourself.
Device Permissions
FoloCam requests the following device permissions solely to provide its core functionality:
- Camera: Required to record video. Recordings are stored locally on your device only.
- Network Access: Required to stream video between devices.
- Bluetooth: Required to connect to the gimbal.
These permissions are never used to transmit any data off your device.
Third-Party Services
FoloCam does not integrate with or send data to any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Children's Privacy
Because FoloCam collects no personal data, it is safe for users of all ages, including children.
